Healthy Eating Active Living Toolkit (HEAL Toolkit) - This online Healthy Eating and Active Living Toolkit for Community Educators was created by the Nutrition Education and Obesity Prevention Branch of the California Department of Public Health so you and other community educators can easily teach low-income adults about healthy eating, including eating the recommended amounts of fruits and vegetables and enjoying physical activity every day. This Toolkit is available in English or Spanish.
