Behavioral Health Division

The Behavioral Health Division provides a wide range of prevention and treatment options for Santa Cruz County adults, children and their families.

In partnership with RDA Consulting, Behavioral Health Division is seeking community input for the 2024-2025 Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Annual Update. The survey collects opinions on the current behavioral health system, including mental health and substance use services, and unmet needs in Santa Cruz County.

The survey is voluntary, confidential, and takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. Responses are anonymous, and only RDA will review them. As a thank-you, the first 100 participants can receive a $10 gift card by providing contact details, which will remain separate from survey answers.

Your feedback will help shape future MHSA-funded programs in the County! Please complete the survey by October 31.

Respond to the Community & Partner Feedback Survey
